Our SDM submarine cable are equipped with latest technology with high fibre counts and multi-core fibres.

Our SDM submarine cables are planned with 24 fibre pairs with the capacity of up to 18T each to provide connectivity for traffics from the Strait of Melaka.

East Johor:

• Johor-Singapore-Batam (JSB) Submarine Cable System

• Main trunk 120km (Johor to Batam)

• Branch unit 30km (To Singapore)

• No repeaters required

• Cable Landing Station: Pontian, Johor

• Status: Desktop study completed, marine survey to be commenced.

West Johor:

• To participate as a consortium member of an International Express Cable System connecting Singapore,
  China and Japan.
